In order to avoid any risk of cancellation costs, we recommend taking out European travel insurance. This is the only insurance that also covers Covid-19 diseases.
In the event of border closings, free cancellation on our part is guaranteed. Otherwise, the cancellation conditions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply.
In principle, the booking conditions are in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Regulations
Therefore we have our special Cancellation conditions:
- The contract of accommodation can be cancelled without payment or cancellation fees by either of the parties to the contract up to 3 months before the arranged stay.
Outside of the time period cancellation is only possible with the payment of the following cancellation fees:
- Up to 1 month before arranged arrival: 40% of the total agreed price

Up to 1 week before arranged arrival: 70% of the total agreed price

In the week before arranged arrival: 90% of the total agreed price
In the event of an earlier than arranged departure or delayed arrival, the booking terms and conditions according the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
